Wyld Canna Inc. has recalled one lot of Mixed Berry 750mg CBD 30 x 4g Soft Chews due to the affected products being packaged in the wrong retail pack. The product labels for the affected lot have incorrect cannabinoid values, and the labels show that the CBD is lower than the actual value. The CBG value is also missing from the unit labels. 

 

No additional lots from the SKU Number are affected.

 

No affected product has entered the Alberta market. All affected cases received were placed on hold at the AGLC warehouse prior to distribution.

JC Green Cannabis Inc. Product Recall

December 10, 2025

JC Green Cannabis Inc. has recalled two lots of Northern Lights 10 x 0.5g Pre-Rolls and one lot of Northern Lights Reefers 3 x 0.5g Pre-Rolls due to the labels having incorrect cannabinoid values. The labels show that the Total THC and Total CBD values are higher than the actual values. No additional lots from the SKU Number are affected.

What do I do with the stock I currently have?

Retailers who have purchased the affected product should remove the recalled products from store shelves and clearly mark the products as 'Do Not Sell – Recalled Product.' Set the product aside in a safe area of your storage space. Please visit the return page for all required information before initiating a recall return, and begin the return process by logging into your Alberta Cannabis account. The Returns User Guide will have the full details on how to initiate a return. AGLC will issue a return merchandise authorization and provide further instruction.

What do I do if a customer brings in any recalled product?

Retailers must accept all recalled products regardless of the product packaging condition, and if some of the product remains. Retailers must provide a refund for recalled products whether the customer has a receipt or not. Retailers who have never carried this product are not required to provide refunds and may direct the customer to the location where the product was purchased. Returned product should also be set aside in a safe area of your storage space. The return will need to be initiated within 60 days in the linked Alberta Cannabis account to begin the return process. The Returns User Guide will have the full details on how to initiate a return. The wholesale price will be refunded for the recalled product in your vault. MSRP price will follow at the end of the recall for product that will be returned to the store from customers.

REMINDER: ALL Licensed Retailers must post the Product Recall: Public Notice document in-store until January 9, 2026 to ensure Alberta customers are aware of this recall. Download and print the Public Notice HERE .
